    We inspect the whole roof and the attic, show you the photos, and send a written estimate after the visit.

What goes into a roof that lasts.

Common questions.

Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. We get on the roof, measure it, and photograph the shingles, flashing, vents, and pipes. We look in the attic where we can get to it, then go through the photos with you. The written quote comes after the visit, not on the spot.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It helps, but you don't have to be. We like to hear what you've noticed before we go up, and to go through the photos with you after. If you can't be there, we go through them with you later.
Will you tell me if there's no real damage?
Yes. If the roof doesn't show storm damage, we'll tell you, and you owe nothing.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes. We pull the permit when you sign.
What shingles do you install?
GAF and Owens Corning are the two brands we install most often. We are a GAF Certified Plus contractor and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. If you want another brand or a specific shingle, ask us. We can install it.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Three kinds can apply: our own 10-year workmanship warranty, the shingle manufacturer's standard limited lifetime warranty, and an optional enhanced warranty from GAF or Owens Corning that can run up to 50 years. Which enhanced options fit depends on the shingles and accessories on your roof. See the warranty details.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, and we make the process as easy as we can for you. We can meet the adjuster at your roof and send your insurer our photos and estimate. What your policy covers is between you and your insurer.
