Roof leak or missing shingles? We'll find the cause.

A stain on the ceiling often starts somewhere else on the roof. We inspect the whole roof, photograph where the water gets in, and give you a written estimate for the repair.

Your free repair inspection, step by step.

You see what we see.

  1. Send your request

Book online, call, or text (314) 857-2596.

  2. We confirm a time

Our office calls or texts you to set the inspection time.

  3. We find the source

Flashing, pipe boots, vents, valleys, and the shingles around them. We look in the attic where we can get to it.

  4. You see the photos

We show you what is letting water in and what it takes to fix it. The written estimate comes after the visit.

What we repair.

  • Leaks

Water stains, drips, and wet spots in the attic, traced back to where the water gets in.

  • Missing or damaged shingles

Shingles lifted or torn off by wind, replaced with the closest match we can find.

  • Flashing and pipe boots

Around chimneys, walls, skylights, and vent pipes, where many leaks start.

  • Vents and ridge caps

Cracked or loose vents and ridge caps that let water in.

What happens after the inspection.

If a repair will fix it

We fix the problem, not the whole roof.

If a repair will solve it, we tell you so and give you a written estimate for the repair. You don't need a new roof to call us.

If the roof is worn out

We tell you, and show you why.

Patching a roof at the end of its life won't last. We show you the photos and explain what a roof replacement involves.

Roof repair questions.

My roof is leaking. What should I do?
Catch the water with a bucket or towels, and move anything you want to keep dry. Then call or text us at (314) 857-2596. Please don't go up on the roof, especially while it's wet.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We get on the roof, measure it, and photograph the shingles, flashing, vents, and pipes. We look in the attic where we can get to it, then go through the photos with you. The written quote comes after the visit, not on the spot.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It helps, but you don't have to be. We like to hear what you've noticed before we go up, and to go through the photos with you after. If you can't be there, we go through them with you later.
Do you repair roofs you didn't install?
Yes. We repair shingle roofs no matter who installed them.
Should I repair my roof or replace it?
It depends on how old the roof is and how much of it is damaged. After the inspection, we tell you which makes sense and why.
Could my leak be storm damage?
Sometimes. If we see hail or wind damage, we photograph it and tell you. If you decide to file a claim, we give you the photos and a written estimate for your insurer. See storm and hail damage.
