    If you choose to go ahead, we go over the agreement, confirm the details, and schedule the work.

    We order the materials and pull the permit.

  3. Build day

    Our crew tears off, checks the deck, and installs the new roof.

  4. Walkthrough

    We walk the roof with you and fix anything on the list before final payment.

Roof replacement questions.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We get on the roof, measure it, and photograph the shingles, flashing, vents, and pipes. We look in the attic where we can get to it, then go through the photos with you. The written quote comes after the visit, not on the spot.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It helps, but you don't have to be. We like to hear what you've noticed before we go up, and to go through the photos with you after. If you can't be there, we go through them with you later.
What if you find rotten decking?
We photograph it before it's covered and replace the soft boards. Deck repair is covered in your agreement, so the job doesn't stop for it. Anything else we find needs your written OK first.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes. We pull the permit after you sign.
Who does the work?
Our own crew installs every shingle roof we sell, repairs included.
What shingles do you install?
Mostly GAF and Owens Corning, the two brands we install most. We are a GAF Certified Plus contractor. If you want another brand or a specific shingle, ask us. We can install it.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, and we make the process as easy as we can for you. We can meet the adjuster at your roof and send your insurer our photos and estimate. What your policy covers is between you and your insurer.
